Yes, you can settle for cloak of the cosmos for a few DM runs, but if you want the best there is, and if you're serious about healing, you can spring for a few hundred gold.
Maybe these mats are ridiculously less expensive on your server, but I seriously get sick of all the whiners who complain when I tell them that this cloak will cost them 350g. That leaves AT LEAST a cost of 303g, if you feel generous and don't want to take advantage of the fact that only a handful of ppl on your server can make this. Now, add the cost of either buying the pattern (about 500g) or running DM North 100 times to get the 1% drop, and you have at least a 25g crafting fee to add onto the mats cost.
